Each session can be done as often as you feel the need to. It’s useful to keep notes of what your intentions are before you start and after you finish to notice the changes on an emotional, mental and physical levels.

Three questions to help you evaluate yourself each day are:

1. How different are my thoughts?
2.How different are my emotions?
3.How different is my reality?

Sometimes you will see immediate results and other times you’ll need time to integrate and adapt to the new person you are becoming. Every person responds to energy differently.
You can listen to them while lying down or sitting up. Even if you fell asleep the energy activations will continue to work with your subconscious mind and energy field i.e. Aura.
It’s not advisable to listen while driving, walking, running or operating heavy machinery.
