This new moon in cancer is shedding your shell and opening your heart in being vulnerable. Be completely honest with yourself to put the intention of your wants, desires and needs that excite your heart and soul.

Cancer is a sign of intuition so nurturing your inner guidance in this new moon is a wonderful opportunity. You will feel what is right for you and make decisions accordingly.

This 6th new moon of the year is reminding us that half the year has already been gone and intending for new beginnings for the remaining of the year is now.

Take your time to move towards a new beginning. Embrace your emotions as we pull out the stagnant energies in your heart and soul to make room for light.

Reflect back on the spring equinox back in April new moon, what intentions did you set? Review them and update them now.

In this guided healing meditation you will be connecting to the Akashic Records through the technique of Life Scripting working with your true self/your higher self to bring all the necessary energies and intuition to expand your heart chakra, work with your higher crown chakras to connect you deeper to your soul’s longing.
