Every kind of human interaction you have, plays a mirroring role with your inner self.
No more hiding, having unhealthy boundaries, selling yourself short, receiving bread crumbs or being abused. It’s all about empowering you to empower your relationships and increase love in your life.
In this guided healing meditation you will be connecting to the Akashic Records through the technique of Life Scripting working with your true self/your higher self to help you create what kind of relationships you desire to have. Scripting them in your subconscious mind and your Akashic blueprint and changing the dynamics of relationships. This is deep work in a short period of time, therefore integration will take more than a month for you to think, feel and act differently. But it’s to start and empower you.
The session will include:

What you need:
pen and paper
your favourite crystals
comfortable space to lie down
tea light candle
a piece of jewellery you wish to wear and energise with intention
sage/palo santo (optional)
