The Journey:

This is the flower full moon in scorpio is the 1st lunar eclipse of 2022 , and is the fifth full moon of the year. It sheds light on our deepest darkest desires. Anything that has been suppressed will surface, causing us to evaluate our desires if they are ego or spirit driven.

Since the sun is in Taurus with the combination of the scorpio full moon there is a nurturing aspect from the universe to help you move through your desires with minimum effort and harm. This is not a judgmental period, even if the eclipse brings up your self-judgmental side and doubt your wishes and wants.

The Life Scripting breathwork is meant to help you gently overcome the judgment of your desires, face your shadow self that is is bringing your vibration down and sabotaging your manifestation.

Eclipses are magnified full moon periods and their impact lasts longer than a month.

The endings this period will bring is speeded up to help you prepare for a powerful manifestation on May 30th New Moon. The session will help you with your inner work and reflect deeply of patterns of desires that are not for your highest good and to allow transformation for a clearer pleasurable desired outcome. The sacral, heart and third eye energy centres will be key to work on during this session.

The key question to ask yourself this full moon is: What do you need to let go of to bring your authentic desire in your life?

The Process:

You will be connected to the highest energetic existence called Zero Point/God’s eye/Infinite Source/Creator

You will do conscious connected breathing for 30 mins

You will experience energy healing through activations & deactivations

You will receive reflective questions & affirmations to help you integrate this energy for the next 30 days and whatever intuitive guidance may come during the session 🙂

What you need:

pen and paper

your favourite crystals to charge with the full moon energy/intention (labradorite would be ideal)

comfortable space to lie down

tea light candle

sage/palo santo
