Full Moons are great opportunities to do focused energy, emotional and mental work. It is said that whatever vibration you hold gets magnified.

The July Super moon will look about 7% bigger and 16% brighter than an average Full Moon, according to astrophysicists

Therefore whatever is hidden or suppressed in your consciousness can be clarified and dealt with it even more so than usual.

The Journey:

This is the Buck moon in Capricorn, the seventh full moon of the year and the second super moon where it is highly practical and focused.

Wishes made at the preceding new moon are supposed to come true at this July’s full moon, which is associated with dependability, responsibility, and growth in astrology.

Being lazy or procrastinating is not advisable at this highly charged time. Especially Earth signs, Capricorn, Virgo, Taurus will need to put on their growth mindset and work towards it.

In this session, whatever can fuel you up to experience full on growth mode will be activated through the breath and energy work. Bring practically and good intentions in your goals to definitely help you move forward.

The key question to ask yourself this full moon is: What more do I need to do to achieve my goals? And then putting conscious effort to achieve it.

Crystals to bring with you are: red jasper, red agate, garnet. (When you do not have any of the crystals choose to get clear quartz)
