In life’s ups and downs we experience many emotions. These emotions can influence how we think and react to situations. They also get stored in our energy bodies, our aura and cellular memory.
Years of built up emotions can block your clarity, your life force and make it difficult to manifest your heart’s desires and soul’s purpose. Through conscious connected breathing you breathe through these emotions and release them from your sub conscious mind, chakras and aura.
Each session focuses on different negative unhealthy emotions and with the intention to release and heal. You start fresh and begin a healthy life of joy, ease and inner peace.
