1. Stop worrying: The loop of worrying is focusing on the future and not on the Now. Trying to control the future by worrying doesn’t get you anywhere but instead increase your fear and affects your mental health. Instead shift your mindset by being aware instead of making assumptions. If you believe you have an uncontrollable habit of worrying or ocd, speak to mental health profession, coach or healer to help create a healthy positive mindset.

2. Do conscious breathing: Give your respiratory system a boost by inhaling and exhaling consciously for 10-20 mins a day. Keep the inhale connected to the exhale in gentle circular breaths. This helps to increase your oxygen rate in your body and expel co2 properly. Rebirthing Breathwork when done with a professional experienced facilitator will give you remarkable results. 3. Create your sanctuary: Have a spot at home where no one can disturb you. Make it comfortable and beautiful. Keep some of your favourite things there like books, photos, crystals.That is your place of comfort, joy and rest. (Note: this is not your bed.) Spend time in your sanctuary a minimum of 30 mins a day. Listen to music with high vibrational frequency. 4. Use the power of Words a.k.a AffirmationsWrite down 10 health Affirmations a day. If you are a morning person, do them the first thing when you wake up. If you are a night owl, let it be the last thing you do before you dose off. (Note: no playing with your phone after or watching TV) The most important thing is to FEEL the affirmations when you write them. Make your favourite 10.
