This is the snow moon in Leo, which falls in the Aquarius session and is the 2nd full moon of 2023. Let the lion show you your courageous self and connect you to your heart. Stop listening to fear and start listening to the whispers of your heart.

Since the sun is in Aquarius the theme would be freedom seeking. Your past relationships that are long gone and no longer serve should be out of your mind, body and soul.

Are you ready to take that leap forward courageously?

What this full moon brings is action to burn away whatever is standing in the way of your romantic relationship and in your life in general. Think twice before you sacrifice yourself for others. Is it worth it? Are you receiving the same love in return?

Use the waning moon cycle to continue to release any hurt you still have in your heart.

This life scripting breathwork session will clear your energy from past relationship implants, cords, and hooks these are thoughts and emotions you picked up from people and it’s worth letting it go to invite the new and keep the healthy relationship you have stable.

comfortable space to lie down

tea light candle or a candle you choose to use only for this full moon

sage/palo santo

*new get a glass of water to energize it during the session with the intention and to later put it under the full moon to drink the morning after.
