The breath is the bridge between your mind and energy. When used consciously to release the mental and emotional blocks, you give space to newness; a new you.
The 3 day breathwork challenge is to prepare you for the manifestation of 3 main areas of your life, love, wealth and health.
You will be breathing, feeling the energies that are helping you shift your mindset from lack to limitless and bringing in the power of words to affirm to yourself and the universe what you really want.
This is a brilliant practice during the waxing moon, which is the time of taking deliberate and focused action of your heart’s desires.
ONSITE: You’ll be lying down to breathe, set up the space with blankets, a yoga mat, and dress warm whatever makes you feel like you’ll be held in your own personal nest. If you like to have an eye pillow, or hold stones while you breathe.

* It is recommended that a client must have experienced a Life Scripting Breathwork, Rebirthing Breathwork or Conscious Connected Breathwork Session or Workshop before registering.
* To all beginners, if booking a private session is not feasible prior to the workshop, I just need to set the proper expectations to avoid any misunderstanding.
– This is an intense and powerful group Conscious Connected Breathwork session using the Life Scripting technique. You will experience the breath’s impact on your body, subconscious mind and energy levels. This form of breathing increases your oxygen flow and your energy, which as a result makes you experience the amazing treatment and healing powers.
– If you feel weak, dizzy or any discomforts, It’s normal and nothing to worry. Your body is releasing all the unhealthy energies and It takes time to re-energize. Some will experience the amazing benefits during or after the workshop. It’s a case to case basis.

- For Onsite Events – Guidelines and Important reminders will be shared prior to the event. Please proceed to the 4th Floor, 409 Reception for Attendance.
- For Events Outside illuminations– Guidelines and Important reminders will be shared prior to the event.
