Full Moons are great opportunities to do focused energy, emotional and mental work. It is said that whatever vibration you hold gets magnified. Therefore, whatever is hidden or suppressed in your consciousness can be clarified and dealt with it.

The Journey:

This is the Harvest moon in Pisces, the 9th full moon of the year falling in Virgo season. It’s here to remind you not to suppress your emotions anymore and go deeper in understanding your beliefs on intimacy.

In this part 1 the suppressed sexual thoughts, beliefs are to be dealt with to give you the awareness on the false understandings and assumptions on sexuality and intimacy. Being honest with yourself is what this full moon is going to magnify for you. Look back at the last 9 months and how you have honored or suppressed your emotions.

The key energy center which we will work on is your sacral chakra, the source of dynamic life force and creation. Forgiving taboo concepts will be necessary to take you to the next level on your journey with yourself and also with your divine partner.

You don’t need to be in a relationship to experience intimacy. What you do need is believing that you deserve to feel loved, cared for, and passion. Give yourself the permission to release ancestral and karmic ideas on sexuality and intimacy and the breath will do the rest. Astrologically this is closing off the season with having the final watery sign of the zodiac help you move into a new season.

The key question to ask yourself this full moon is: What are you going to let go from your emotions and thoughts on intimacy?

Crystals to use this full moon: red or orange agate, carnelian, malachite (choose the one you are drawn to)

The Process:

You will be connected to the highest energetic existence called Zero Point/God’s eye/Infinite Source/Creator

You will do conscious connected breathing for 30 mins

You will experience energy healing through activations & deactivations

You will receive reflective questions to help you integrate this energy till the next full moon.

your crystal to charge with the full moon energy/intention

comfortable space to lie down

tea light candle or a candle you choose to use only for this full moon

sage/palo santo

*New get a glass of water to energize it during the session with the intention and to later put it under the full moon to drink the morning after.
