This 3 day breathwork challenge is about you and your relationship with yourself. This is the most important relationship you will ever have, so make sure to make it magical.
When you work on yourself, everything else around starts to change. If you bring in more care, love, acceptance towards yourself, people start to treat you better, your relationships blossom, and you experience more happiness.
Each day of these 3 days is about honoring yourself and peeling away the layers of trauma, hurt and lack you have given yourself and that you have received from others.
When your inner world is at peace, your outer world can be at peace. It’s all within.
Day 1:
Self-care
On this day you will learn ways on how to care for yourself, i.e. your energy, your mind, your body, while during the session breathing out any pain, hurt or trauma that has caused you to put yourself last. You will receive affirmations to strengthen the healing and transform you into caring for yourself more.
Day 2:
Self-love
On this day you will focus on your gifts, talents and strengthens. Praising yourself through a mirror practice (please bring a small mirror) with words of love and seeing your beauty and magnificence. You will receive affirmations to strengthen the healing and transform you into loving yourself more
Day 3:
Self-acceptance
On this day you will focus on forgiving yourself and your past. Understanding that we all have our shortcomings and moments that we might not be proud of. However, this should not stop you from accepting yourself. You will do a forgiveness activity and conclude your 3 days of healing and transformation creating the best version of you.
