Full Moons are great opportunities to do focused energy, emotional and mental work. It is said that whatever vibration you hold gets magnified. Therefore whatever is hidden or suppressed in your consciousness can be clarified and dealt with it.

The Journey:

This is the Worm moon in Virgo, the third full moon of the year where it grounds you and makes you wake up from the illusions you have long believed in. Everything that has been pulling you back and weighing you down will be under the spot light. There is no more hiding.

This is an opportunity to be really honest with yourself and see where are your setbacks. This is not to bring guilt, shame or self-criticism, although the Virgo moon will do that naturally. So be kind to yourself! Instead it’s about being practical and reinventing yourself.

The key question to ask yourself this full moon is: What can I do right now to change my situation?

You will be connected to the highest energetic existence called Zero Point/God’s eye/Infinite Source/Creator

You will do conscious connected breathing for 30 mins

You will experience energy healing through activations & deactivations
