Take your time to move towards a new beginning. Embrace your emotions as we pull out the stagnant energies in your heart and soul to make room for light.

Reflect back on the spring equinox back in April new moon, what intentions did you set? Review them and update them now.

In this guided healing meditation you will be connecting to the Akashic Records through the technique of Life Scripting working with your true self/your higher self to bring all the necessary energies and intuition to expand your heart chakra, work with your higher crown chakras to connect you deeper to your soul’s longing.
